Location: Morehead, KY | Representatives of the US Corps of Engineers will meet with members of Chapter 52 of Muskies, Inc. on Friday, November 19 at 7 p.m. at the Minor Clark Fish Hatchery near Morehead. The public is invited. Topics to be discussed include: Corps of Engineers methods and procedures for determining winter & summer lake pool levels; also, the design and operation of lake outflow gates and what is known about fish escaping lakes through the gates during draw down.
