Location: Racine, Wi | I just got a new Expedition last night, and it only has 22 miles on it. The dude at the car place said it should have about 500 miles on it. I have a smaller Tuffy(Marauder 17') so it is not too heavy (trying to stay positive) I need a tow vehicle to get to the Kly Outing Would anyone reccomend that I tow with it this soon, or am I asking for trouble? Thanks! |

Seriously, I dont know if I'd risk it by pulling a boat if the dealer told me not to. If you do, vary your speeds by 5-10 mph the entire way and way back. Do not stay at a constant speed. |

I agree, vary your speed, use the O/D off button, and dang it, catch something BIG! m |

Location: WI | I got a new Tahoe in June and took my Tuffy out with my Dad on Father's Day with only about the same amount of miles. I used the tow button on my Tahoe, (not sure if you have one on a Expedition), no problem...... That Expedition won't even know what's back there.

If you don't care about the longevity pf the trans., go for it. Same issue with breakin on outboard motors, some do, some don't. |
