Swweeett buck!! Never thought of using the triple DDD in the timber, I thought it would snag up too much, I would have been using a Grinder and probably would of come up empty!

i always thought a "muskybuck" was the most effective lure for that application, but maybe the DDD is the way to go.

It seems like a very nice way to get raw materials for a bucktail to produce a 50" muskie!
Congratulations!

Nice one matt but I am not fond of the pose. Laying the deer on the ground like that will wipe off too much of the slime, not to mention holding the head up and not supporting the body. You may have released it but you also may have damaged the deer in the process. It is imparitive that when you catch a deer like that you use the proper tools and support the deer properly for the quick photo. Nice deer though, just think how big he will be next year.

Keith,

Have you ever heard of the term "never bite the hand that feeds you"???

That nice juicey doe that I shot for you... that is waiting at the meat locker...is not yours anymore... you can have this old nasty, stinky, gamey buck instead...

sorry bro.

Your bud,

THE DORK!!

Seems to me that I've seen that picture before. Maybe you should market the weagle in the same manner?

The Weagel isn't an ERC bait.

Musky Nut Tackle in Minnesota.

I don't think anyone at Musky Nut would get off the water to sit in the woods for a day?

Oh and congrats on a nice buck Matt.
