| MUSKYJ, you beat Jlong and Doc Esox, but it was a VERY close contest. The judges were tied between your story and Jlongs for content and impact, and Doc's for a really cool story. There were several other really good stories, but the Ring in the Grass and searching all night in the fishing jackets...just too cool not to win!!
The 8' rods are out of stock for a month, so email me, and I will get one shipped as soon as they are avaiiable; same with the custom bait.
CONGRATULATIONS!!![] [] [] [:praise:]

| Way to go Jamie []
You are one lucky dude, not only you got to catch the last 2 35+ pounders in my boat this year but now you win a rod. []
You better buy some 6/49 tickets with me in mind. [:sun:]

| Congrats Jamie on a great story! I'm outta musky experiences for any future contest due to the fact I have only been on a few musky excursions so far. Your story really had me chuckling...had a friend do a similar thing only he froze the ring in an ice cube he put in his ladies glass. She never saw it and threw it down the sink. Needless to say we become plumbers that night.
Enjoy the rod and Merry Christmas,
