Hi all...long time lurker, first time poster. I am married to a wonderful musky man and am always looking for new baits, gear, etc. for him....Can't say that I remember hearing the word "Weagle" before. How do I go about getting one for him for a Christmas gift? Any other ideas for custom baits?

Thanks!!

As of the last update it didn't sound like these would be available until January during the Chicago Muskie Show. Maybe Mr. Jonesi can help you out with a date final production will be completed?

I would check out eBay. Search for Musky in the lure section. Look to see what various lures are going for. Then check out Cabelas, Gander Mountain and other sites. There are times when, if you are careful, you can score some great bargains on eBay. Be sure to compare prices first.

IMHO if your husband trolls for skis (and northerns) an exceptional bait is the L&S 111MR. http://www.mirrolure.com/mirrolure/deep25.html You may find these at bargain prices on eBay also. I picked up several new baits last fall at half price.

I have a Weagle coming back from Beav after a repaint, can't wait. Probably will end up just staring at it because of the impending winter season, but that's OK with me.
