| Over the weekend I caught what might have been my biggest fish, but I didnt have the net with me (forgot it in the garage) and didnt get a measure on the fish. I can tell this much though, she was caught on a 10" Jake and the way she had it in her mouth the tip of the diving lip was at the front of her snout, and the tail hook didnt reach the middle of the gill plate (had it lengthwise in her mouth). How big was this fish? Of course allowing for the fact that not every muskie has the same physiology (head size in relation to the rest of its body). Any ideas, thoughts?

Location: Rockford Il 61108 | If the 10" Jake looked like a toy in its mouth, It had to be at least 50". Good Catch | |
