Was wondering if there were any teams looking to share some lodging for the event.
I'm looking into getting a cabin on the lake and will have some rates shortly. (4-6 guys)

Drop me a line if you find something out, when are you guys heading out. We are talking about hooking with some other and trail out together, maybe someone could even pick your partner up. Sure he know were to go out there to.

Red Roof Inn has rooms left. Its not far from the lake and just off the highway.

Rated were the best I could find.

Dan and I are going to leave Tuesday night and we will have a bunch of us going as a group. Anyone interested in joining us for the ride out lets get together and plan it.

Mike,

What kind of rate did you get from Red Roof?
Let me know.

I have found one place that can accomodate 6 guys.
It has two big bedrooms with three beds in each room, right on the water with boat dock and electric hook ups.
Rate for 3 night 4 day stay was around $450-$475
That works out to around $86 or so a man for the stay.
I will keep looking and see if I can find a better deal.

Ralph,

The PMTT has reserved rooms at the Holiday Inn for $ 62.00 a night. 716-664-3400 They are not listed under the PMTT, they are in the chambers name.

OK I found a place right on the water with boat docks 3/4 mile from take off and 7-8 miles from Jamestown Ice Arena.

6 guys-$85 night + tax for 5 nights it works out to be around $78 a man
6 guys-$475 for the week NO TAX works out to be around $80 a man

Full kitchen

I need to know who is in so I can book this ASAP
I booked it form Monday the 11th to Monday the 18th

Troy,

You have mail...............you guys are in, still room for two more guys.

Come on guys, you can't beat this deal. We have the cabin from Monday to Monday for $475 total, that works out to just $80 a man for a whole weeks lodging. Whether you come up for 5, 6 or 7 days it's still cheaper than staying somewhere else. Full kitchen, boat docks (leave your boat in the water the whole time your there) 1/2 mile from the starting point and 7-8 miles from the ice arena.

If I don't get another team, I will see what a 4 man room will be.
