Location: oswego, il		I fished a lake saturday that had a brown stain with some green tint to it. Everything that was in the water, weeds, trees and the bottom was white. Everything had this white coating on it. What makes everything in the water turn that color?

Location: Hugo, MN		My guess would be a high concentration of Phosphates
