| Just got off the phone with Mike. He had a big fish in the net when I called him. He's fishing with Tuffy1 tonight. He called me back and the fish was 49.5". Tuffy1 then put a 44 in the net about 10 casts later! Will they get a third?

Location: Eau Claire, WI | Very Cool guys....
I got home about 20 minutes ago, majorly frustrated... Got one low 30's and saw a few more BUT the recreational boat/jet ski traffic was out of control...even for Labor Day weekend. There was was no way I could fish the breaklines for fear of being run over so I tucked into a bay and fished a huge flat 4-9 feet deep and still had jet skis cutting weeds like lawn mowers... Almost impossible to run anything other than a spinnerbait .
WAY TO GO KOEPP...keep rockin'em buddy. |

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin | I am up and waiting for Tuffy1's pictures to get to me. What a night last night!!!
I got a call from Joel and he was fishing with his new boat pal(Black Lab Pup). I met up with him at 8pm for some casting on Pewaukee. By 8:30 I had scored a very nice 49 1/2-incher. After the release I stopped at the local watering hole for a quick 6 pack to go and back out to where we left off.
Joels 4th cast he sticks a fat 44 1/2-incher on a Top Raider. Some pontoon full of drunk girls came up see the fish(stagett party). I am wondering how much better this can get???
Well it just kept getting better, I stuck a 38 1/2-incher about 1/2 hour later on a figure 8 and scored a 38-incher after that all on bucktails. Joel had some very nice fish pushing up from behind his Top Raider but would not hit.
All total we had action by 11 fish and scored a 49.5, 44.4, 38.5 and a 38-incher. Oh ya Joel scored a low 30's before I got out at 8pm. 5 fish graced the muskie sled. |

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin | We had great plans for the stagget party but my brothers wife was one of the 12 on the boat. It turned out that I knew almost all of them. BUMMERRRRRRRRRRRRR but fishing was great.
Pictures to come soon, Joels just getting the cob webs cleared and working on the pictures now. |

Location: Racine, Wi | Man, what a night. It started off with a 31"er on a figure 8 on my 3rd cast. Then I talked to Mike, and he met me at the pier for a night time run on the Musky Sled. Next thing you know we are all over fish. We raised 3 I think on the first spot, then Mike popped his 49.5. Time for BEER. :). Then after the beer break, 44.5 on the top!!! Can it get better, of course, 38.5 on a figure 8, and later a twin to this fish. I had some fish waking on the topwater, and they would turn about 5 feet from the boat, or we would have had an even better night.
By the way, turn the other way next time we run into a bachelorette party where you know the contestents. I could use some visual stimulation. lol
