I gotta get a new camera, but it is still a cool pic. I was able to boat a 39.5 today and some great action on TopWater. On my way home I saw this green critter crossing the road and couldnt resist getting a few pics. Not a toothy critter but I wouldnt want to put my hand NEAR that mouth!!

Now that's a big'n.. My Grampa used to hunt them down for turtle soup many a year ago...

Randy, that's a very nice picture. What kind of camera did you buy? Assuming it's digital?

Marc

If you're looking for a digital, We ended up with a Canon A80 and love it. Works great, easy to use and small.
Can get the whole setup for in the ballpark of 400 from Wallyworld. I'm trying to remember the other two my buddy told me were good. I think it was Nikon and Pentax (or maybe Olympus). Anyway, we got the Canon partly because I had a Canon 35mm and never had a problem.
We've had the digital for about 4 months now and no problems.
You have any more questions, drop me a line.

I will second the canon A80. Top notch and not too expensive now.

I bought a Pentax Optio S4 that does a great job. It's the size of a Altoid tin, that's where I keep it. I think they run around $350. The great thing about them is the battery lasts for a long time on a charge. My old camera might take 5 pictures before the battery died. This one takes at least 25+ on a single charge.
