Where are you headed this weekend plying the water for Muskies? Sue and I are stuck here instead of on Canadian waters as we originally hoped for. Seems Like I can't get on the water this year.

Where are you headed for the 3 day weekend?

My wife and I will be up at our place in Vilas celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary. She is not real big on musky fishing (or any fishing for that matter) but does enjoy being out on the boat with me, and thats good enough for me. Now, if the muskies will cooperate. that will just be a bonus!

I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!

Heading back up to the Manitowish Chain this Friday for a week of fishing and relaxing. May even pull the boat and try a different lake for a change sometime during the week.

DPRATT-

I have place on the chain too, if you are planning on pulling your boat, you should try CRAB Lake. I have had good luck out there over the years. Be carefull though, there are many rock bars that seem to attract lower units....

Heading up to Phillips and fishing Price and Sawyer counties for 5 days. I have a milk run of lakes in the area and plan on making a trek to the mighty chip. Labor Day weekend forecast looks great!

Good luck every1

Gonna head up to Mille Lacs on Saturday and try to land a MN record. Either back there or possibly to Miltona or Tonka on Sunday.

Headed to Eagle lake for the week. Never been there, so it will be fun to learn a new lake, and even more fun to know that if I get skunked, I'll be getting skunked by some 40+lbers. cpr, i also fish the philips area and sawyer quite a bit. Good luck up there!

Saturday, I'll be on Tonka [early].

Sunday, I'm thinking of hitting Island Lake sunday - I gotta stop and buy me some flesh colored baits on the way up tho [grin]... unless Tonka is hot! Then I will be back there. Actually, I fished Island Lake in June... I wanted to try it later in the year, nice structure. Hey, at least there is one hungry musky in there right? [with a headache]

Monday, I'll be at Mom's... BBQing and applying liquids...

Everybody have a nice, safe Holiday....

Leaving at 3am in the morning to be on Tippy all day. Flying solo. A great chance to study and make notes as I fish. Look for the white Tracker Magna 19 and say, "Hi".
