they are a little slow and you may have to call twice but they do stand behind their lures!!!. i need to know what to do with a couple of jakes that the clear has gone milky on when they get used for a while.

Location: Wausau | I sent a lure back to them with a broken lip 3 weeks ago, I walked out to the mail box 10 day's later and there was my new one nicely wraped and delivered. I see many more Grandma's in my future, great lure, great service. |

Location: Belgium | I was wondering whether they will read this but they promised to send me a 9" grandma jerk earlier this year and I never got it. Lost their email address due to a computer crash so I can't contact them again. Dito for the kind man who helped me get some replacement lips for a grandma. |
