Thanks to Zach from MuskieFIRST for helping with the uploading!!

Next time I'll let him edit and decode so it's not so blurry.

The Meltdown....

If you can't feel Mike's excitement and understand every bit of it you should quit the game.

This was after a super long day of follows on every bait we had in the boat. She finally ate. "It's a Musky?"

Don't really remember what he caught it on.....:)

P.S. check out the chew "Gag"

Like Cady said, all day long we were seeing fish and not just 30-40 inchers, but BIG fish, all day, but none would eat. We finally got this fish to go, and I had no idea it was a 50. As you can see in the video, I am reeling about as fast as I can due to the fish running to the boat. I never felt her power till she jumps and runs towards the back of the boat.

What an awesome experience.....

And again, like cady says, "The Weagle is just another tool." YEAH RIGHT!

We had a great fishing trip, and I can't wait till the finished product. Thanks Steve, I owe you big time! And thanks for being a hell of net man!!!!!

What incredible poise! Mike's slow, easy, 'well, there is another 50" fish' style is a model for us all. Great fish, Mr. Hulbert, and may you NEVER get less excited about a big girl!

Yes Steve, I went a little over board, but that's what this sport is all about. PURE EXCITEMENT! That's why we fish for these awesoem fish, for that moment right there!

Tommy, it didn't growl, but I think it was hissing at me!!! I did get gout during the release though!

Mike,
Just saw the video. That is awesome!!! That's what musky fishing is all about. I want to get on the water NOW!!!

I think the "chew puke" was the icing on the cake. Screamin' and going crazy is what it's all about.....heck of a job brother. I'm glad everything is working out for you.

Beautiful fish Mr. Jones. I wouldnt expect anything less in terms of excitement....this is the same kid who almost fell out of my boat setting the hook on a 36"er. You still glad I caught you?

Very cool video and love the excitement from Mr. Hulbert, I thought he was going to jump out of the boat!!

I have many lures but no Weagel, who makes this bait ?

Are they available?

Thanks,
Mike

Mr. Cady, and Mr. Jonesi make "just another bait"

No, I don't think they are available yet, should be out soon.

Mike,
Wouldn't want to see any less excitement, not a whit less! You can dance like that in my boat, anytime.

heheh I'm really suprised neither of us ever ended up in the water. We had decent fishing but a great time in the boat.

I'm sure Mike will eventually make me play the "PUT MY FIST THROUGH HIS BACK" Which if what I tried to do hugging him and screaming after my monster went in the net.

No emotion in the boat at all.

I'll never change. It's been that way since I caught my first sunfish.

I know for a fact Kid Catchem is the same.

Never change Kid never change...

P.S.

Keep smilin!

Worrell, we can share a boat sometime and if there is a hawg in the net you can be sure you will see the "Melt Down" dance!!!

Shady, I totally forgot about you tying to beat your hands through my back after you 51, THAT HURT, but I will take the pain for that fish and the excitement it brought us that night!

I don't think I will ever change when it comes to the pure excitement of catching a big fish. That's what this sport is all about. It's not about who can catch the most fish, or the biggest. It is the excitement and rush you get when you finally fooled one of these big beast into eating.

We sure did have a blast!

hehe and I think you've got "it" figured out in your last statement.

"That's what this sport is all about. It's not about who can catch the most fish, or the biggest. It is the excitement and rush you get when you finally fooled one of these big beasts into eating. "

Man I wish some of those guys in Hayward and other areas of fighting and chaos would see your reaction on tape and read your words.

Very well spoken Kid.

At first glance I thought it was a scene from "Gorillas in the Mist"

That Silverback sure can fish!

Great fish Mike!
