Location: So. Illinois | Guided my brother / helped him to land his first muskie yesterday. I've been trying to get him to go for almost 2 years. He fishes occasionally at Shabbona in IL and has never had the chance to put one in the boat. After only 3 hrs on the water (and right after putting on a very feminine looking safety pin spinner -- I told him he had to be a confident heterosexual to use that lure....) he tagged a nice one. Glad I could send him home with some lasting memories with is older bro....... Also tagged my largest bass ever (I don't normally target bass -- was a nice bonus while casting for muskie). What a great way to spend a day -- on the water!!!!

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI | Here are a couple pictures of my 50 1/2. My personal best. Caught and released from a Southeastern Wisconsin Lake. The little guy in the picture is my 2 1/2 yr old son Casey. This was his second trip musky fishing with dad. The first time we were out we boated a 43". The second time.... well I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. This fish was definetlely a 33-35 lb fish. Regardless, father and son will be spending more time fishing muskies together. What a way to break your son or daughter into the sport.

First legal muskie I caught all be myself, and my son netted it. He actually wants to go fishing with me now! He thought I was crazy going fishing for over a year and never catching anything. He only got my head for the release picture.
