Just tried to enter the chat room and wasn't able to type my name where it says, "guest" or log-in??????
Didn't want Sponge to be hangin there alone so thought I'd try it, I haven't used it before so good chance it's operator error on my part[:blackeye:]

| Like I have an idea of remotely knowing what to tell you! After clicking on the guest thing to make it blue + rubbing it out, it should take your name that you use here to log on....that is all I know! I hit the enter button on the keyboard + it works.... may have to do w/ java something but to me that is coffee....??????????[:sun:]

| Well it let me in as "Guest" a few minutes ago then disconnected me and kicked me out....[:(]
Could be a suttle hint....[:sun:]
I think java is coffee too...not sure maybe if I dump a cup on my keyboard..??
I'm shutting down for an hour I'll be back arond 9:00

| I am using the MSN browser, and get in every time. If you are getting a Java Script error, I would look at updating your Java script.
Also, let the chat site load completely before trying to install your name in the Guest bar, that may help.
I will go in from Netsacpe now, to be sure there are no problems there.
Ok, had to download the enw Java 2, version 1.3.1 to get in, now it works flawlessly.[:bigsmile:] |
