Subject: WMT'S PELICAN LAKE TOURNAMENT IS FULL

The Wisconsin Muskie Tour's Pelican Lake Tournament on August 22 is full and we are now starting a waiting list. If you want to be included on the waiting list please log on to the WMT's web site and go to the message board to include yourself.

The tournament held the day before, August 21 on Boom Lake in Rhinelander still has some openings but there is less than 10 spots left. Boom Lake should fill and it will pay out $10,000 to the first place winners for the one day event. Also, an additional $10,000 plus could be won by the team who catches the first muskie over 50 inches. It only cost a team $10 to get in to the 50 inch pool.

The final two tournaments of the year are two day events and they are guaranteed not to disappoint. The Manitowish Chain will be on August 28 & 29 and if it fills, will pay out $20,000 to the winners. Last year was the first time the WMT ever hosted a tournament on the chain and if it produces like it did last year, we will be having a lot of muskies registered again this year. And Eagle River will conclude the 2004 WMT's qualifiers on September 11 & 12. As always the Eagle River tournament will be one of the favorites of the WMT anglers. It is always a great time to be muskie fishing on the chain and the people of the area always "roll out the red carpet" for the tournament anglers, making it such a desirable stop on the tour.

All winners of each qualifying tournament are automatically invited to the WMT's Invitational Championship with a chance to win two $32,000 Ranger Boats from Heckel's Marina and over $100,000 in cash and prizes.

Thanks and I hope to see you at a WMT event this season,

Tom McInnis
