Location: Downers Grove, IL | <p>A handful of neophytes and I make an annual pilgrimmage up to northern Wisconsin for a long weekend of chasing 'ski's. This year, we're interested in heading up to the Cisco Chain for a change of pace; but have never fished it. </p><p>Two questions: <br />1. - Is mid-late October ideal; i.e., post-turnover, typically?
