I bought a jpeg compressor program called just that, and other photo shop packages enable you to compress your images.

The jpeg compressor is really cheap and just do a google search to find it.

The simple, easy way, if you have MS Paint that is:

Open Programs
Open Accssories
Open Paint
Hit File
Hit Open
Find the pic you want to minimize, open it there
Click on stretch and skew
Then change 100% and 100% to 80/80
As the picture gets smaller....you are resizing....

I have Media Shop installed on my VAIO, and really like the program. I bought the soft ware at Best Buy for a buck .99 , but you can get software from Broderbund on the web.

All I need to do is right click on the photo, go to 'open with'. I then click on 'edit photo', then 'resize'. Really easy, and a nice system.

Here is a link to the Media Shop online download, it is about $20 and well worth it.

TECK, you'll need to get familiar with the 'crop' function. Nice fish. And, no, I don't believe for a moment that that is anything but your thumb. m
