Wondering if anyone has fished lake flambeau just outside of ladysmith. A friend of mine bought some land up there and is just getting into muskie fishing and wanted to fish this lake this year. Can anyone give me any info on this lake please. Thanks for any info.

Are you talking about the Dairyland Reservoir? If so some good fish come out of there every year, I have never heard anybody refer to it as a numbers lake though. Often places fish when they have tourneys up there, usually above 44 inches. Somebody has probably fished it here. I have not, have just talked to people that hit it.

Pte maina did an article on it a couple years ago. It was in Esox Angler I'm pretty sure and was about his top lake pics.........that was one of them. I'm not that far away, but have not been on it yet.
