I like the Slammer twitch bait in firetiger and golden shiner.
I also like the Undertaker for my glide bait, perch or sucker color.
Dragging a sucker will always produce a fish or two for me opening weekend.
Whats your top three?

Location: Madtown, WI | I was hoping for a warming trend for this weekend but looks like a cooling down period for the weekend. That puts a LITTLE damper on my hopes for a hawg buster bite.. (Don't laugh, many years and several fish boated opening day this way...)
6" jake twitched...always a killer
manta
got a new fatso that looks good
OK, might have to throw the buster for a while!

| Boog,
The Weagel is a walk the dog topwater produced by Musky Nut Tackle. It's a bit heavier(while still floating)and sits lower in the water. A Jackpot on Steroids!I don't know when they'll be available in mass quantities but you can check www.muskynut.com for more information.hope this helps. Steve |

| Since i'll be hitting the opener at midnight...
Slow rolling a small Raddog (single colorado blade) in black/silver with a 4" white doubly twister tail on the back hook and dosed with scent (main bait of tne night)
Bucher Jointed Depthraider, Firetiger (my lady guest will be tossing this one)
Bucher Topraider, Blackbird
Once it gets light, and if I'm still up to it, I'll probably switch to a Mepps Musky Killer in all hot pink, Bucher 700s in various combos, that killer 6" Jake in firetiger, all the time casting to the shoreline where the beasts hang waiting for froggies. Or, I'll be sleeping/snuggling in the truck.
