Hey guys, yes another year gone by. I didnt get to get out that much last year. I am wondering what lodges you guys prefer when going up north to Canada. Ive been to Century Lodge, it was a nice place. It was too expensive though. Is there any other lodges you guys can reccomend? Within reason. Thanks for ur input. Brian

Indian Point on Wabigoon. Huge muskies, and walleyes, too. Did I say huge WALLEYES? Yes. Nice smallmouth, some big perch, pike to die for, and MUSKIES!! Close to Herbie over at Eagle lake, so it CAN be done from either location.

Me, Tony Grant and Gregg Thomas go up to Andy Myers Lodge during the summer for about 2 weeks. The lodge is top notch, the food is great, the staff and guides are awesome, and the lake is incredible. I would check it out. http://www.andymyerslodge.com

Frank Walshes Bay Store Resort is the spot if you want to go to a true muskie camp. Located at the Northwest Angle of Lake of the Woods. BIG fish and lots of them. I believe this is where El Diablo...whoops.. I mean Dick Pearson guides out of.. Frank works darn hard to make sure you catch BIG muskies and lots of them.. The last week I was there our group landed a handful of 50's a 49 incher and a TON of high to mid 40 fish..with more pike than I can count.

Sabaskong Bay Lodge. In the heart of some great muskie fishing, and the hosts are top notch. We're having our 2nd Annual MF outing there again this August.

Another Andy Myers vote here. I'll be spending a week there in July. Typically this is one of the fastest weeks of the year

Herbie and his staff will do whatever they can to make it happen for you.
