On Tuesday night I went to the Milwaukee Chapter of Muskies Inc. awards night. On this night, everyone who registered a musky is recognized. As we arrived, we were given a booklet listing all the fish registered last year, their size, the bait used, color, etc. The first two people I met, who had arrived before I did and read the booklet, asked, "What's a Violent Strike?" I was happy to tell them about the lure and how it had helped me in 2003. I see many more Violent Strike muskies in my boat in 2004. The Milwaukee Chapter reported 542 fish caught and released. In the kept division---0. 100% release!! Steve Worral will be our speaker on Tuesday, April 17. He will be bring his tape of underwater lure sounds. He might even talk about the crazy guy from Wisconsin fishing Wabigoon.

Lunkerhunter,

I think you will be impressed with Worralls talks. He gave our MI chapter a seminar a couple of years ago and was very well received. Not the typical weeds, weedline, first break line talks we have all heard so many times. Much more informative. Just don't ask him about a muskies intelligence. He will go on and on. I still remember the land muskie refrence.

Make sure that you don't ask him why muskies jump out of the water.
