Location: Iowa | I lost a nice one last Thursday, got blown off the lake on Friday, and didn't go Saturday or Sunday. I did get out today though and landed a 39.5" within a half hour. Had one more lazy follow. Jonesi, Kly, you guys move anything, looked like you were kind of camped out when I left? |

| Central IL is starting to show signs of life again. Rather spotty though, but a lot of us musky nuts are on the water pounding already. I havent heard anything much from the northern end of IL, but I heard there is a warming trend on the way and that should get things moving around the chain of lakes area.
Lone Stone, how about that wind huh? Man, by the time we came off this little 200+ acre lake my buddy and I were surrounded by white caps! I had heard on the radio when we were heading back home that winds in central IL were a constant 25-30 with gusts over 40-45MPH. |

Location: West Bend, WI | Fished Shelbyville on Sat.,Man was it windy.Bounced around in the timber like a pinball for most of the day.Managed to scrape up a scrappy 30"er and seen 2 others.was good to get out though and throw all my new stuff!!  |

Location: Iowa | Mike, it was definately bad out there. I got my favorite Grandma snagged up on the wrong side of the lake, and took 3 waves over the front of my 16' Jon boat trying to get it out. I don't think any lure is worth me ever doing that again. Guess I should stay home on those days or get a bigger boat. It was still fun though!! |

| Wallie-gators, Are crank`in pretty good. Alot of small males yet but me and the boy got a half dozen between 3#-7# pounds and a 37" huge female pikie. Things are look`in up! |
