Location: Florence, Wisconsin | Just curious as to what the benefit is to using a flourocarbon leader vs. other types (steel and titanium). I have used titanium the past couple of years and have never had a problem with it, but always looking for something new. Thanks, this is an awesome site! | |

Location: oswego, il | For casting, I guess the jury is out on whether or not they are better but I use them for everything except gliders. For trolling there is a definite benefit and that's when the fish roll in the leader, they don't get the leader whiplash look to them. No problems so far. | |
