I recently purchased an old Tuffy - i believe it was a Rogue model - no front deck. My kids are starting to learn how to drive boats, so wanted something that they can beat up. I wasn't looking for a big project, but needed to dive into this a bit more than planned. I wasn't planning on doing any posting, but figured I'd help to entertain you in the winter months.

A few things that needed to happen - the floor was very bouncy - needed work. There were at least a dozen hull patches that I wanted to gelcoat over. Finally, where the driver seat was, the plywood making had rotted, so in we went.

- Floor was opened up, old plywood mush pulled out, new plywood with foam underneath. Fiberglassed over, now with gelcoat over top.

- digging into the broken side seat mount - plywood inside was mush, and foam was soaked. Both sides opened up, old foam pulled out, new foam in, with new glass and gelcoat on top.

- hull patches - gelled over

I didn't take many pictures as this wasn't intended to be a project, but some here. https://imgur.com/a/kCanicZ.

All big work is done - now just getting the seats in, making a small front deck, and putting rod holders on.

You will love that boat. It runs pretty well with a 9.9, too. That is the remodeled Tuffy 154, the first model of the line. I guided out of a Roustabout for a couple seasons.
