These are 7" resin lures painted on blanks obtained from Mike Richardson procured years ago when I first started doing lure work. He and James Haworth (Tackle Industries) were kind enough to make some blanks available to Basement Baits enthusiasts at a time when most blanks available were bass sized. Thank you gentlemen! The first picture shows Mike's blank - 7", resin, through wired, unique curved plastic lip. Blanks weigh about 1.5 ounces, after paint/epoxy/siding around 2.5 ounces. The other pictures are after paint/lacquer and epoxy.
