Does anyone know if the moon times in the Ontario Out of Doors charts (available online) are correct? It always has the major starting an hour earlier than other charts like Musky 360 and the minors are at times that sometimes appear to be incorrect. For instance the minor yesterday on the new moon was listed as around 630pm, but I was under the impression the minor occurs at about the same time as sundown on the new moon day, as the Musky 360 chart lists. Would like to pin down which resource is correct, as I’m currently fishing the brutal waters of Georgian Bay and would like to have my peak times straight. I’m sure there are folks on here who have their moon data on point. Thanks and apologies if has been posted before.

Edit: The OOD chart has separate times for moon up/moon rise etc that appear to be correct but the major/minor start times appear to be off?

You need to have yr phone's location service turned on or it will be off for yr location. If I don't have it turned on (normally have it off), the times in Musky 360 are off by 1 hour (Eastern DST). Just a thought.
