Not sure if anyone around here bothers with this lake, but figured I would share some info I have found on the lake. In either 2000 or 2001 Indiana DNR stocked 755 Leach Lake Strain Natural Musky in the lake. As far as I can find this is the only stocking of natural Musky on the lake. Here is stocking info from Illinois concerning their Tiger Musky Stocking in Wolf Lake: Hi Kevin:

I had to make a few calls and check some stocking records to find out
what Illinois use to stock on Wolf Lake. Fairly recent records show
the last tiger muskie stocking was in 1997 (n = 1260 fingerlings).
Prior to 1997, the following numbers of tiger muskie were stocked; 900
in 1996, 838 in 1995, and 756 in 1994. There was a stocking request for
fish in 1993 but I don't have a confirmed stocking. The bottom line,
several attempts to establish a tiger muskie fishery in the Illinois
portion of Wolf Lake were tried and fish did not stay in Illinios.
Illinois has never stocked a "pure" muskie, so if people are catching
them, they may have been from stockings initiated by the Indiana DNR or
a private organization (with the authorization of the Indiana DNR).
Tigers stocked in 1997 could be over 35" (if they grew at an average
rate) and of course, those from earlier stockings would be larger.

We have not pursued "pure" muskie stockings in Wolf Lake because muskie
don't seem to stay in Illinios. Illinois is stocking northern pike in
Wolf Lake. In 2002, 2500 fingerlings were stocked. One thousand
twenty fish were stocked in 2002 and 1256 fingerlings in 2003. Northern
pike are caught by fishermen in the Illinios portion and have been
successfully sampled by Illinois DNR staff suggesting they are more
resident to Illinois' waters.

I hope this information answers some of your questions. If you have
others that I may be able to help with please contact me. Good
fishin'.
