Location: New Berlin,Wisconsin,53151 | This will be a must see event! John alway's puts out the best at the muskie shop. The Cops's + Bobbers program will appreciate the donations. The last event I was at they gave away life jackets to all the kids. I look forward to seeing everyone there. |

Anyone that has not seen Johns selection of baits needs to stop at Smokey's Muskie Shop and see it.
Stop by and see what Smokey's has to offer you or check out the on line selection.
Big O did a great job on the web site and catalog.
If its a great bait Smokey's will have it !!!

Adopt a Muskie:
We will have 12"-16" Muskie Fingerlings available to adopt and release. Purchase one and let a youngster release it from our pier.
A photo of the release and certificate are included.
www.smokeysmuskieshop.com has a link with all the details on the Spring Fling.
Rain or Shine!. We will have 2 large tents as well as the Muskie shop for the vendors and food, so plan on attending regardless of the weather.
Radio and Print advertising is to start the first week of April.
(We will be able to cast lures from our piers. Because the event is before the opener, the DNR has given us the ok the test lures with hook guards on all lures.)

There will be a shuttle bus running all day from Smokey's to Nettesheim Park (1/4 up hwy. SS) Follow the signs to the park and catch the free shuttle to the event.
The raffle list is very impressive including a Frabil Net, Tackle box, Lure kit, Rods Reels, so far over 30 baits.
The Smokey's shirts are in. Long and short sleeve in 2 colors will be available.
The Tents are up, 2 days to go!

Location: Waukesha & Land O Lakes, WI | D@mn nice day at Smokey's. Alot of bait manufactuers and cool stuff. Got a chance to meet some new folks and buy baits pretty cheap....I got lucky and got out of there by spending less than $20.00!
Good luck to Joe Herbert, the new owner of Wood on the Water, a big thanks to Dave O and the gang at Smokey's for puting on a great event...maybe it will be a little less windy next year??!!?? |

We could not have done this event without the help from the sponsors, and from all the folks who came out despite the wind.
We saw many old friends and met some new ones. I was great to see all the kids there!
