delavan has been stocked from 2021-2023, and previously from 2013-1991 (at least) i know there are a lot of naturally occuring bass and pike in the lake, but it looks like theyve stocked it at least .75 large fingerlings/ surface acre in all stocking years, one would think there should be some decent fishing it in with potential for some 50s from the 2010-2013 class, and probably some mid 20s-30" fish from the 21-23 class fish.

Obviously lake geneva is the premier walworth county muskie lake, but what are folks thoughts about the DNR obvioulsy putting attention into delavan.

Edit: it appears that its the lake association that is stocking the muskies since 2021.

Yes the lake association in partnership with Fox River Valley Muskies Inc are putting fish in there. I did hear of someone raising a 50+ in there last year.

There's a few big girls 50"+ in there, you gotta be willing to catch all of the Big pike Delavan has that will want to eat ur baits just like Silver Lake before u get rewarded. Good action though!
