Found some Billy Finn Toga leaders buried in the wrong section of a bait store late last year. No price marked, asked and store owner gave em to me at $1 a pop.
Spent part of last year and all this year with it. Mostly for bucktails, spinner baits, crank baits, and quick moving jerk baits.
Absolutely 0 luck, not even a follow. I like the way it looks with jerks and cranks. Even though it's a little willow blade since your tied right to it you get amazing feedback through the line.
Google didn't have any results except a post on here from 2003.

What are your thoughts and experiences with them?

To clarify,my efforts were longer 'salmon'(cowbell)type leaders.

I frequently use bladed leaders in my trolling spreads. Stealth Tackle now makes them for 2024.

My nephew made a few in years past I don't think we ever caught anything on them, In fact my dad had a couple with some real cool looking blades after he pasted I cut them apart and put them on a couple home made Bucktails.
I live out west and we used both Cowbells and another brand for trolling for Trout when they go deep. I can't remember the other brand by name. But if your out west in a boat and the Trout are deep put on a Cowbell rig with a Night Crawler on a single hook and your in business.
