Location: Kentucky | planning on it! Depends on the water level. Was at the cave friday and it looked like it was below winter pool. We'll see how much rain we get by then. I'll keep watching the board and let you know as we get closer.
Thanks, Bret |

Location: YO OHIO | I was at the cave this weekend the water is cold and super muddy the main lake is less than 6 inch vis. with rain in the forcast not looking good i did manage to lose 4 fish but felt lucky just to lose one after fishing in the mud all weekend. Talk to several other musky fisherman on the lake and nobody we talk to moved any fish. This is the second trip to the cave the primer southern muskie lake -------YEAH RIGHT------ i would call it over fished dead sea if it was up to me. Just my thoughts Mike Money |

Location: Washington, PA | No offense but, losing four fish, when the water is super muddy, doesn't make the cave a bad fishery in any sense. I've had worse days on shield lakes. |

| mikie,
Be careful what you threaten. Remember what happened at Sab Bay last year when Mauser was "fishing from the bank"! You might be parking that Gambler on that bank, and nettin his fish with wet tennies! |

| Mauser,
Do you really think it is good for your shoulder/neck to EVEN GET INTO Mikie's boat? He'll give you an "Ohio Blow Job" in that baby, better make sure he's easy on the throttle for you... |

| Looks like you won't be seeing the Shady Moon! Consider yourself one lucky SOB!
I went to the first Cave outing, and it was cooolldddd. Lotsa fun, not too much drinking, though, as Gregger got us up too early in the morn. Long hours pounding the water. If the conditions are anything like that year, expect to see lotsa stuff in the water. Tires, logs, propane tanks, picnic benches, outhouses. I think every empty plastic milk jug in KY was floating in the water! hehehe. That's ok, though, as those picnic benches, fridges, and outhouses make for good structure!
You're gonna have a great time! |
