For sale is a new Redfeather Custom Rods 1 pc 9’ XX Heavy Power, Moderate Fast Action baitcasting rod built on a Vexan Inshore Big Game blank by Tackle Industries. The 4.5” foregrip is made of tough blue burl cork. The 17” rear grip is made of blue EVA, with a black EVA butt cap. It gives you a better grip when wet, dry, or cold, and the EVA is comfortable on the side of your body when casting or ripping baits. The reel seat is a Fuji Standard Trigger seat. The guides are Fuji Double Foot Titanium Frame, with Torzite rings, and a matching Ti/Torzite tip. The American Tackle Deluxe large hook keeper has a chrome finish on a SS frame. All of the thread wraps are done with a metallic blue holographic thread, with my trademark Red Feather inlayed in front of the first guide. This blank has been hand polished for a better than factory finish. The first 6” from the tip is black with holographic metallic flecks to highlight the blue (see pics). It is a well balanced, sharp looking rod, and throws baits down to 2 oz well.
