Think the bottom surface lure is a Badger tail, or it was called a copper tail! Pretty sure Mr. Worrall would know. I believe he threw that copper tail back in the Mid Eighties….Remember that Bait Steve?

Weird though. The rivet in back of the copper Buzz blade is backward The rivet position on top bait is Correct…

There are similar product in a 1989ish Just Musky catalog JTM Tackle Pro Topwater I an II. (maybe a different version of this bait?)

Top one early 90's H&R catalogs is a Monarch "Double Surface Lure"
Says work slowly as a "popping" lure or fast as a "buzz bait" type lure
