Subject: More Lure Identification

A coworker said he bought this at a garage sale a few years ago. Some sort of topwater prop bait. Does anybody have any information on it? Is it valuable? Does it catch fish? Is it rare? Have you ever seen or heard of this lure/maker before? etc.

I remember the lure maker from some shows late 90s early 2000's I have one of his custom rods, no lures though I am sure it will catch fish as far as value maybe $25 -$30 don't think it's super rare I have seen a couple pop up on eBay here and there but it was not a mass produced lure either I would not be afraid to fish it

It look’s something like a whopper plopper. Been hearing a lot of guys are getting them off of them so I would definitely fish it.

I have of a couple of Loon Country jerk baits that look similar to the Muskie Mauler. I personally have not seen that topwater but I wouldn't expect it to be worth more than $30 or so.
