| Working on our 2023 fishing calander and have never fished LOTW. Have done Eagle Lake, Cave Run, St lawence River, Ottawa River, Vermillion, Green Bay and all over WI. Interested in a fishing lodge that offers meals and guides, not taking our rigs. Kind of a bucket list trip so cost isn't the priority. 4 retired musky guys chaseing dreams. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Location: Selkirk, Manitoba | Wiley Point and hire a guide separately, Darcy Cox if you can get him
Wiley has guides too, but Darcy is specializing in probably what you are looking for.

Location: Athens, Ohio | We stayed here. Nice place, We had a guide for one day as part of the package. He took us walleye fishing in the morning and cooked an awesome shore lunch with our catch, then got me a muskie that afternoon. m

Great spot. Its where the locals hang out. They also stay open later in the evening than Flag Island, which comes in handy when you fish till dark in the summer. Plenty of good sticks other than Forest guide from there or Flag. Eric Grundahl and Joe Cooper are a couple that come to mind. |

Some of the Ojibwe have a few there as well and what's insane is they leave for places on windigo island in the dark with no light and that includes driving by million dollar reef. |

| I have been to a number of places with some that had cabins that were glorified plywood tents. These three stuck out as being considerably above the rest for me. You can't go wrong with any of them.
Youngs bay Wilderness camp: the nicest cabins that I have seen up there by far...nothing old or tattered, and top shelf food as well, Perry the owner guides is a great guy and is really dialed on them. Not the cheapest place up there but the nicest that I have been to. Great people with an expansive staff to care of things. Far enough away from the other resorts and ramps that you will not see many others. Certainly a higher end experience overall.
Tamarack Lodge: Decent cabins that they have been upgrading since they bought it about 6 years ago. Plenty of fish around and they do an awesome job on food as well. A bit more pressure there as they are closer to other places and public ramps...but good fishing. Family run, great people. Upper/ Mid-range pricing
Sportsmans Oak Island lodge: Located just into MN in the NW angle area. Nice cabins, good food. Quality operation all around. We fished the MN waters during Covid but the Canadian waters are just a minute or two away. Good in-house guides that in discussion seemed to have a good handle on what was going on. A bigger operation than some others but good people running the place for sure.

| I really like Obabikon Lodge.
A number of really good solid muskie spots with in sight of the cabins, in fact the island it self is a muskie spot.
Burrow bay is near, "the elbow" (Crappie), Miles bay (walleye) its all super close.
Great food great cabins Jared is top notch.
