| Hey all,
Heading up to LOTW the last week of July. Wondering if there’s any certain colors/color patterns that you all would recommend? Fishing east/south east of kenora if that helps. Storm Bay area |

OK, but how many lures do you actually take? Saw a photo of someone's truck who was going to LOTW and entire bed had custom lure boxes, full of lures. It was amazing. |

Location: Selkirk, Manitoba | All good ^^ Nickel and black is my confidence colour, as is blaze orange when water dingy.
Head through Eagle Pass or into Hades though for muskies rather than Storm or Bigstone...

| I'd not go without orange/black, chartreuse/black, nickel/black and fire tiger. |

Location: West Central WI | If you're a Muskies Inc member, you can go to the LUNGE LOG under General Inquiries and review the data for July of 2019 (due to no data for July '20 and '21 for covid) on LOTW to see what worked. You can actually go back to any year you want. When I go to LOTW in Sept each year, I copy and paste results the same month of the year before I go, into a spreadsheet and do a couple sorts by lure type and color to see what has previously been successful. Under the Lake inquiries tab, you can just select Top 3 baits for any specific lake, but that doesn't account for time of the year so my first recommendation is probably the best. |

| Contrast/visibility may matter.
Back in the day I often fished with a bucktail maker who tried to find colors that didn't work.No luck. |
