Location: Selkirk, Manitoba | Incredible fish and well deserved for some dedicated die-hards. Unfortunate it didn't survive - when they are that big obviously a higher probability of a deep engulfment and with that comes potential for fatal injury.
From a fisheries records perspective, some more data as far as the weight/length/girth formula which I'm sure there is not much accurate data on. A 60 lber wouldn't have to be a whole lot longer or girthier...
