Location: On the Niagara River in Buffalo, NY		 I hope Chapter 23 Members have a Great Banquet.I'm sorry that I will not be able to join you,the Ohio Musky Expo is the same weekend.I will be there with the International Guide Raffle Tickets.I have mailed the Gift Certificate for a Full Day Charter for Two Persons onboard Mostly Muskies Charter on Lake Erie and Niagara River,good for available dates in 2004 or 2005 season,to Bill Cline's address.Again enjoy a great night of drinks,food,raffles and awards!
