| Remember the uproar when C-Liner discontinued the CVX 182, and replaced it with the hastily configured "Muskie Edition" of the FishHawk 1850? Well, I was at the Chicagoland Sport Show tonight, and wandered through the boats, and saw a new offering from C'Liner.
It's a CMV 1850, comes in a Muskie Edition, and is even nicer than the CVX. 95" wide, Big casting decks, for and aft, Lots of storage, big center rod locker(8'?). No wood, all aluminum decking, big livewell aft, 41 gallon tank, and rated for 150 HP. Overall, a very nice looking package, with a pretty nice layout for Muskie fishing. Looks like somebody at Crestliner was listening.
They also have a 1750, and a CXP 185, with a deeper V, and a swept transom and hull pad. Thing looks like it will be a rocket ship.

Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Looks like a killer musky rig! I cried a tear when the CVX series was discontinued, always thought I would get the 182 as my next rig. | |

| Now, you know I really like my Lund Esox Angler SS, and am not a fan of the C'Liner FishHawk line. But this boat would make a real nice Muskie rig.
But, with the eye fishing I do, plus the occaisional Salmon outing, I'll still take my Lund over any other Aluminum.
