Location: Central Pennsylvania | I'm between an XH or XXH telescopic 9" TI and it would be paired up with a 400HG. I fish a large array of baits. My mainstays are gliders, cranks, and small to medium rubber. Would the XXH load with say a 4 oz bait like the XH would or should I just stick to the XH? (I plan on throwing pounders eventually, that's why I am tempted by the mega heavy) |

| I have the XXH 9' telescopic TI rod and it works great with large baits, but I think it might be too stiff for a lighter bait, but 4oz might work. For what you are fishing now, I think the XH would be better. |

Location: E. Tenn | The XH would fit the bill nicely for what you're intending to throw. 4 oz. baits are right in that rod's "sweet spot".. If you start throwing baits like a mag dawg, go with the XXH.. |

Location: northern indiana | I throw double 6's with my xxh TI. Learn to thumb the spool properly and you won't have any issues. |

Location: Central Pennsylvania | My thoughts were that if I got the XXH- I would have alll the bases covered. Im a kid, so money is somewhat tight so I like it when I can throw and fish a large array of baits with one rod. Thanks to all yinz who replied! |
