| Howdy folks. Been away for a while but I'm back again now that we're all hooked up, internet wise. Hope you all had a great holiday and are looking toward a fantastic, safe and happy new year.
Steve Worrall, the pockets of my MuskieFirst jacket are falling apart. Does your customer service match up to that of, say, LL Bean? If so, send me an extra large. Thanks dude, you're the best. By the way, the MuskieFirst jacket sure catches the eyes of folks in bait shops and sporting goods stores down here in southern Michigan. After chatting with a manager at a Detroit Gander Mountian, I was invited to provide a presentation at one of their scheduled customer meeting nights. Might do it too; I'll tell them all I know about what I've learned from the real experts on this board. Who knows, maybe get a rod or real out of the deal.
Anyway, glad to be back on line. Will post new e-mail on profile soon. |

| Naw, I live in southwestern MI, near Kalamazoo. I was visiting family in the Detroit area over X-mas. Don't think my small but proud 14' boat would be too safe on St. Clair, I hear that the winds can come up quick and creat some nasty waves/rollers on that lake. I've already found two small lakes in the local area that hold muskies but don't get much pressure from muskie dudes. One is private and I'll have to figure out how to gain access. I would like to learn about IN lakes, like Webster. I'm thinking the Mighty Hulbert Brothers will be helpful in that respect. |

Location: Chicago, Beverly | Hey Ranger, Lunkers in Edwardsburg used to be a pretty good shop to buy stuff from. Haven't been there in a while so am not sure how their musky selection is but figured I would give you a heads up on a place to shop.. As for the Indiana lakes, if you ever want to get down there but got no-one to fish with let me know, same goes for anyone else here on the board. I have a place on Kuhn so am down there almost every weekend between March and November and am always ready to fish. |

| Ric!! Nice to see you settled into the new abode, and back here with your extended family. Eric sends his best to you and Tim. Hope you and yours had a great X-mas, and here's wishing you a Happy New Year. I have a sister that lives near Toledo, and am planning on getting out to see her this year. Perhaps I will bring the boat, and we can hook up and get out on St Clair for some speed trolling of those piggies there. Not sure if I'm doing the RCL on Erie the end of April, but if I do, I can get us all out on a charter for cheap one of those days, if you and Tim could make it. I'll let you know.
Again, glad to see you back. |
