Matt Collins loves the back of my boat. Today he picks up were he left off in 2003. Around 1:20 eastern time and 12:20 central time, Matt scores a beautiful fat 47 incher, est. close to thirty pounds. See picture. Great job Matt and you had doubts about the BassCat being a Musky Boat. God Bless, Al

P.S. Steve is this first fish of the year.

You don't need that expensive shiny boat considering how much time you guys camp on that one spot.  Why don't you guys just build a dock on that spot...LOL

Luke Chinewalker, it's called following the bait fish after checking other portions of the lake and sometimes you have to wait the fish out for them to move, it can be boring, frustrating, but if you have patience it can be rewarded. Al

Alan, you should be a guide and fish the front of the boat. You could get rich! Congrats on the fish matt.

Luke, he got his boat the same way you did, found that good deal, remember?

Well my plan backfired... I get out on Kuhn, only one other boat on the whole chain and now the motor won't start..This thing always starts.... Only got to fish like two areas before I had to head back to the ramp....

Way to go Matt. Congratulations Al, on a "first of the year" fish to the "Musky Cat".

She's a real beauty. (the fish AND the boat!)

Just checking to see what you think of your cat. I've got a 20' Bass Cat Cougar and that thing is just awesome in the water. It will handle any water and is one hell of a fast boat. Smooth ride and fast. With its' 54" livewell you can put just about any musky in it.
Let me know how yours is.
I've put mine through some hellacious runs in rough water and nothing has ever came loose or even shown signs of use.
