Happy New Year Everyone!

I just wanted to get the word out with everyones help, please pass this information along to all your fishin buddies.  The Fox River Valley Muskies, Inc Chapter here in Elgin will be hosting a musky seminar on Thursday, January 8th at 7:30 PM at the Best Western Hotel in Elgin (847-695-5000). 

The Best Western is right off I-90 and route 31 south.  Our featured seminar speakers will 3 of the best musky rods in the Midwest: Chad Cain, Ty Sennett and Gregg Thomas.  These guys will be talking extensively about Muskies and Muskie fishing here in the Midwest.  Admission is $5.00 at the door and everyone is welcome to attend.  This is a great way to kick off your 2004 musky season in a comfortable setting like the best Western Hotel!

Please help us get the word out so we can have a great crowd.  A Q&A session will be conducted so be sure to bring some questions with you!!  Hope you can make it.

I'll be there and I am looking forward to it. I have my girls next weekend now unexpectedly, so I won't be spending as much time at the Chicago Musky Show as I had hoped.

Location: Woodstock, IL		Both Ty and Gregg give a good presentation. They've been speakers at my chapter's meetings the past two months and I've enjoyed both.

Location: Woodstock, IL		Chad informed me that he will not be speaking at the Chicago Musky Show at 1:00 PM on Friday as originally planned.

Therefore, if you want to hear him speak you should attend this.

He is also scheduled to speak at the SOB chapter meeting in February if you can't make it this Thursday.
