| Hi Gents
I have a Helix 10 at the helm networked to a Helix 8 at the bow. Given the network source settings available it would appear I can set the Helix 8 at bow to use the US-2 transducer on the trolling motor for down sonar and use the stern transducer for side scan. Both units are G2 with down and side imaging.
When I set the Helix 8 in this manner the system wont take the setting and I have to reboot both units.
Thoughts? |

| I was too impatient - the boot up and connection time was longer than I thought it would be. After powering up the head unit I simply needed to wait a couple minutes for the Unit 2 to configure with the head unit. Slick set up once its rolling |

Location: SW Ohio | I typed a post about letting the first unit power up then power up the second but I guess I didn't hit "submit". Mine take a few minutes to start talking to each other. |
