| Looking to purchase a couple new glidebaits? Any suggestions?
I've heard the Phantom Softail and the Bitten Tackle Warlock are pretty popular. Any others out there that I should consider?
Thanks guys/gals! |

| Squirko is a good one too. They run a little shallower and have great belly roll. The 6” Reef Hawgs are great if you find a special one or spend some time getting one weighted just right so they run in a unpredictable fashion and just hang on the pause. They can be killer when fish are tight in the weeds and you fish them SLOW with frequent pauses. They will many times move fish when nothing else will. |

| Howdy,
Hard to beat anything made by Mark Smith at Smuttly Dog. Great baits, great paint finish, and an even better person.
Take care,
Ruddiger

| If you're new to glides I suggest getting hellhound or warlock, as they work almost effortlessly. Phantoms have caught many, many fish in my boat but require a little more skill to work the way they are designed. I have had mixed luck on the smaller batch glides as action can be hit or miss from one bait to the next. I haven't fished them as much as I should but I also like motivators.

| Don't forget about those Widowmaker DeadHeads and Sidewinders son. Simply. Deadly. Seem to be able to show you a fish when absolutely nothing else will make it happen. |

Looks like you were right!
I use the Phantom Softtail, but aside from the Hellhound, my experience is limited. |
