Will be going up to Frank's in about two weeks. Most years fish 90% for muskies, 10 for walleyes, mostly to eat. Since muskie spots will be limited, will probably do 50/50 for both, maybe even more for walleyes. We never have been south of Oak to fish, any tips for the islands like Little Oak, Garden, etc, for muskies but especially walleye or even walleye just around Oak and Flag when too rough to go too far south. Thanks.

Get yourself a 2.5" deep diving bass crank in a crawfish, perch or firetiger pattern. troll in the 12-15ft range off islands and reefs. Hold the rod give it pumps. If you feel a tick, tick, pump and bang. Easy walleye fishing. Key is that depth and trolling a bait near the bottom. Should take you 30 minutes to get a 2-man limit.
