| What do you think about this lake?
What are some good lures to use up there in the middle of August?
Does it usually have clear or stained water?

| Esox Hunter- Handyman is right- Crow (a.k.a. Kagagi- FWIW in Chippewa "Kagagi" = Raven) is clear "trout lake"- also trophy Muskie lake-54" limit, same as LOTW Whitefish Bay. I'm thinking about fishing it next June (late June). Trout Lakes can be tuff-But as Dick Pearson says there are some "super tankers" in Canadian shield trout waters. I think they get fat eating laker's. Get Dick Pearson's book "Muskies on the Shield"- Read the trout lake section at least 4x. H*ll read the whole book at least 4x- I'm on my 6th read & find a new tidbit each time! LOL-
I'm going on a CPR Muskie Fly-in w/15 yr old daughter to a "trout lake" 25th July -> 1st Aug . Conditions should be very close to Crow! I'll post a fishing report when I get back.[:p]
