| Figured I'd post some of my winters work. Muskie opener is done in Ontario, and I'm on the board! Caught a Muskie and a couple pike on some homemade lures. Great feeling.
The first lure here I added a bulldawg style tail, and lots of lead in the head to sink very fast and straight down, so I could fish it deep and get a good jigging action.
It is kind of a random bunch of pics of what I've been up to. Some of them are before I finished the epoxy. And some of them are bottle openers that are destined to be gifts. The lures are pretty much all for me. I just like tinkering and making whatever comes to mind. Got into my first soft plastics where I made a that hybrid paddle tail lure with the foil. Need to experiment how soft I want the plastic to be yet. Let me know if you have any questions about any of them. Thanks

| Here are two more pics that didn't want to load. Lures (actually bottle openers) on the turner, and a 'real' sucker skin bottle opener I'm working on. Hope to make more real skin lures, lots of work, but hard to beat natures patterns!

| Thanks everyone! Yea, the thrill of catching on your own lures is amazing. Now I want a 50 on a lure that I've made! |
