Location: Appleton,WI | A.K.K......"Job creation act 2003",It takes away power from DNR to regulate things such as dredging lakes,filling in lakes,re routing trout streams,and putting in culverts up to 48" and it also takes away the right of the public hearing on such projects so that the public would no longer have input.
